We recently bought a Renault Grand Scenic 2013 model from auto99 and it has been a pleasant experience throughout. Most of the communication was done over whatsapp as I live 2 and a half hours away, so the entire thing was done remotely - they were prompt in providing detailed images of the cars interior and exterior, service receipts and also a video. Paid in cash and delivered the next day before the christmas period which is brilliant. The vehicle also had a few unexpected features being a top trim level, and their valeting spruced up the carpets with dye which was a nice touch given the car's age. They were transparent in any cosmetic damage (scratches, tears), but for an 11 year old vehicle with 1 previous owner I've got to say it is in tip top condition. they provided a free 3 months manual breakdown warranty, paid £100 to cover some unfortunate repairs regarding brakes and has a long MOT on it. I would be confident in recommending and buying from them again in future. Many thanks!
